Our First Post Ever!

The whole purpose of this blog is to share some principles of management to help those in the non-profit sector (both religious and secular). We’ve realized that there is no lack of passion amongst those running and working in the non-profit industry. It is their heart and passion that causes them to live a life so altruistically.
With this passion doesn’t come management skills. It’s an area we can all continue to grow in over time and this blog will help to accomplish this. We’ll be posting twice week (Tuesday and Thursday) with short posts that can be read in five minutes or less.
These posts will raise a particular topic around management, and then give a thought or two around how to implement it better. As things progress the entries will build upon one another from time to time, and we really want you to give feedback.
